This was truly Ray's project. We helped him of course but he did the majority of the work by himself.
Footings are done, ready to start building the walls.
Walls are done, starts to look like little more civilized already ;)
That's were I came in. As always, the stained concrete is my project. Here you see the beginning of the center medallion.
Medallion is stained but not sealed yet. Colors look faded out but that how it is supposed to look.
Medallion is done, now the steps need to be done as well.
Walls are stuccoed, the edges for the rose beds and benches are stained. Gravel for walkways is in. Ready for balustrades.
Most of the balustrade are done, just the caps to be installed. The stairs are stained as well.
The walls still need to painted and lanterns to be installed but we are getting there:)
We are done, from view. Look how much it adds to the house. I am really pleased with the end result.
